How do I place an Order?

We are here to help you, please be notified that you must have registered your ZNF account in order to purchase from ZNF Store. Kindly follow the simple steps below: 1. Search for the Product by browsing through the product categories on ZNF Store. 2. To add an item, click Add to Cart 3. Once all the items have been added to the cart, tap Check Out. 4. If you have any discount vouchers, you can enter the code at the bottom of the Check Out page to get the discount. 5. Select your preferred Delivery Option 6. Click Proceed to Pay. 7. Select your preferred Payment Method 8. Once you've verified your details, click Confirm Order to complete your order.

• Can I return my item?

Return must be within the applicable return time window ZNF items can be returned within 14 days upon receipt of shipment. Item Status must be "Delivered" Your item may be delivered to you, but its status on the app may not yet be ‘Delivered’. Please allow up to 24 hours for the status to be updated so you can request for Return. Do not worry, the return window will only begin when the status has been updated. Valid reasons to return an item You can request for return if: • Item is damaged, defective or expired • Item is incorrect, counterfeit or not as advertised • Item is of incorrect size or does not fit you • Item, freebie or accessory is missing

Canceling your orders on ZNF is easy and hassle-free. ZNF’S cancellation policy states that you can cancel your order from your ZNF account before the order is shipped out from ZNF’s warehouse or has been dispatched by the seller.

Cancellations are easy! In order to cancel any order please follow the steps below: 1. Click View All in the My Orders section on the Account page of the ZNF website. 2. Click on the order you want to cancel, select Cancel 3. Select Cancellation Reason, click Confirm. 4. Write in your comments in the Additional Comments field and click Submit to confirm your cancellation. NOTE: ZNF’s cancellation policy states that you can cancel your order from your ZNF account before the order is shipped out from ZNF’s warehouse or has been dispatched by the seller.
