Note: Buyers must make sure that they communicate their claims, disputes or concerns regarding the product purchased within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the product for a speedy response and resolution of the buyer’s concerns regarding the product they have purchased.

  • Leyjao will replace or exchange those offerings only, which are purchased from our vendors by using the platform of znfstore.
  • Offerings bought from znfstore, if found to have a manufacturing defect then you have a right to ask for replacement or exchange within 7 days, starting from the day of delivery.
  • Buyer can ask for exchange or replacement of a product if, he/she finds packing seal of product was broken or tempered during delivery.
  • Buy can ask for exchange or return if, he/she discovers that product was damaged (e.g., scratches) before it delivered to him.
